can it guarantee the products or services of its members.

Institute of Weddings will not knowingly grant membership privileges
to, or recommend, any vendor, supplier, service provider, or business
who it is aware has participated in conduct found not to be
compatible with our Standards of Professional Conduct. Should any
user of this site have a complaint concerning any member of the
International Institute of Weddings, please contact
us immediately. All correspondence will be acknowledged within 48
hours (not including weekends). If you do not receive an
acknowledgement within 48 hours of contacting us, please send a
follow up requesting confirmation that your correspondence has been
received. Formal complaints will be investigated, and those proven to
be valid and unresolved may result in suspension of membership
