Canadian Applicants

Membership fees are required in US funds unless
you are a Canadian applicant. Only Canadian applicants
may remit fees in a currency other than American.

The Canadian fees are the equivalent to the fee in US funds
based on the typical US/Canadian currency exchange rate.

1 Year Membership - $144 Canadian Funds

2 Year Membership - $254 Canadian Funds

3 Year Membership - $363 Canadian Funds

To remit fees in Canadian funds, you must mail your application
- sorry, we cannot process Canadian funds online via credit card.

You are welcome to submit your application and payment online via
credit card, however, your payment will be processed in US funds.
Based on the current rate of currency exchange between the US
and Canadian dollar, the US and Canadian fees have been
set separately and have been adjusted to be roughly equivalent.
